This mod removes the cooldown for the Attempt to Swipe interaction that Kleptomaniac Sims get. With this mod in place your Sim can swipe an entire room full of objects without the need to wait. This does however remove the moodlet buff that the Sim would receive after swiping an object and they can still get caught swiping if another Sim sees them doing so.
1. Add this mod to your Mods folder (hopefully you have kept yours organized, so maybe make a Wyndkin folder and plop this mod right in there).
2. Delete your L files (avatarcache.package & localthumbcache.package). These will be located in your Sims 4 folder.
3. Start up your game and ensure that you have enabled Custom Content and Script Mods in your game options menu (if these are disabled you will need to enable them and then restart your game).
4. Load up your Kleptomaniac Sim and Attempt to Swipe an object (I recommend testing this at the museum in Willow Creek as it has a lot of swipe-able objects). Your Sim should now be able to swipe objects freely without the cooldown restricting their craft.
NOTE: To swipe larger objects your Sim will need to increase their Mischief skill, at level 10 Mischief they should be able to swipe all objects with this option.
Also Important: Any NPC Sims with the Kleptomaniac trait and a high Mischief skill will be able to use this to swipe without restriction, I will try to make a version of this mod that excludes NPC Sims and post it when it's finished.
