I present to you the first installation of establishments created from The BBT Group, the proud owners of Simsic Records.
Palmside Emporium is an establishment that incorporates a fusion between shopping mall and inside pools, making it a fun summery location for your sims to relax to on a hot Summery day.

Along with the download is a Mall Guide featuring descriptions and details of how the mall runs and what amenities are available as well as a Gallery featuring some of the images used promoting the lot too.
These images are not vital for how the Community Lot file works but are there for those interested in any extra content so please take a look!
