Welcome to Sunnyside!
This set of basegame lots is made with the sun lighting the front of the lot, so all your buildings will be bright and cheerful.
If you are wanting the Residential Sunnyside lots, look here.
If you want the desert community lots, look here.
I have been using Andi8104 and MaryLou's mini lots for ages, but the sun is at the back of all of them.
I got tired of taking dark pictures of my creations, so I decided to get some new mini lots - only I ended up having to create them! As I am NOT a modder, I have been helped through the entire process by a lot of friendly and helpful people...including MaryLou, Mootilda, Niol, Plasticbox and Inge Jones. Also my husband, who knows nothing about Sims 2, but something about programming.
Essentially, these are the minilots we all know and love, but I have turned them around to face the sun. Without the work done by Andi8104, and continued by MaryLou and Mootilda, these lots would not exist.
They have been made for basegame (and any other configuration) using Numenor's Basegame Starter Pro, SimPE and the LotExpander.
All minilot sizes are included, vertical and horizontal.
Many thanks to all those who have helped me, and thanks also in memory of Andi.
Enjoy building on the sunny side of the street!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
One of the best things about the Sims 2 community is the generosity of so many people, who make things, write tutorials and generally encourage everyone to get the most out of the game. I have benefited enormously from the work and advice of many others, and I thank them for their time and effort.
If you like my work, remember to hit the Thanks button. It's nice to feel appreciated. Constructive feedback is also welcome - I can't fix it if I don't know it's broke.
Please enjoy my creations, and keep it free!
