Heyy everyone!

I'm ! I've downloaded SO. MUCH. from this website, and I thought it was my turn to start giving back, so here's my first-ever upload! I wanted it to be for everyone, so it's base game only, (no SC, CC, EP or SP) but of course, feel free to place it on a bigger lot (it's tiny(20x30) so I playtested everything), add whatever you want and play your way.

It's inspired by the most fairy-tale-like Google Image results of 'cute cottage'/'cute cabin' and the shocking discovery (to me at least, haha) of how to have a body of water flow under a bridge
(You build a foundation, add floor tiles and stairs, remove foundation. That's it! So simple! ) I love their natural, romantic fantasy style of architecture and tried to pour that cosy feeling into a home for your and my Sims. I especially hope you like the roofing and the bathroom.

This build is for fresh air- and bird song-loving couples and young families, and can very easily be modified to accommodate pets, fairies, witches, plant-Sims, fishers and gardeners. It doubles as a starter and a tranquil home away from home, ideal for those who want some privacy without completely losing touch with society.

Which should you download?

The good thing about the starter version is that you can move your Sim family in right after creating it! It's so affordable, your Sims will be able to buy it as a home away from home to escape the constant flow of information that absent items such as PC's bring. Instead, they'll enjoy wooden toys, each other's company and viewing wildlife from the dinner table. (furnished 20.829, unfurnished 15.351)

The full version's furnishing is a bit more luxurious but still modest, so with just a bit of saving up, your Sims can definitely go get it! It has everything the starter build has, and more: a better bed, a shower, a fireplace in- and outside, a pc, an easel, insects, fishes and productive plants (like a real forest/romantic garden!), a tiny fountain, more toys, decorations, trees, outside seating and a nice surprise. (furnished 37.845, unfurnished 22.194) I strongly recommend buying it furnished, as I carefully placed almost every item using cheats to make them fit in this tiny home and edited most items in CAS.

As for each version's looks, I marked every screenshot as either 'full version' or 'starter version' at the bottom, so you can compare and pick your favourite (or just go for both and replace the starter version with the full version after your Sims have saved up, pretending that they renovated their home! )

Enjoy!

Ps. 1 If you can't find the recycle bins, they're inside the kitchen counter (like in every real kitchen in the world, as TheSimSupply always says ) and beside the toilet for your female Sims. Both usable.
Ps. 2 I couldn't figure out how to have my test Sim fish standing on the bridge.. is that even possible? I'd really like to, so please let me know if you know how!
Ps. 3 I also tried to lift small carpets up to use as tablecloths, but alas, to no avail. Anyone know how to do that without mods? (I've already found some great mods for this.)
