Boardwalk is CC-FREE, fully furnished, and fully decorated.

Includes: Restaurant, Spa, Clothing Store, and Souvenir Shop!

Plus additional food stall, sauna, and bathrooms.

I've play-tested this lot multiple times so there shouldn't be any issues, just keep in mind that this is a beachfront lot, and there are many spawners (11 total) on this lot- mainly for the restaurant. I tried to keep things light with the plants and deco.
