Default Is there someplace outside of MTS to request things?
Since it's not allowed here, is there somewhere else I can go to make a simple request?

I know I'm not guaranteed exactly what I want, if anyone even tries at all, but I have an old image of one of my sims and I wanted to see if someone more skilled than me could make recreate them for me.

Try GOS http://gardenofshadows.org.uk/gardenofshadows/index.php I know they have a sims 2 wishing tree area so I am sure they will for sims 3 as well.
