This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Sims are glitching when they have to interact with others while playing
Basically, when I open TS2 everything is fine, the hood will load, the family will load. It looks A+. But for example when my sim caught on fire and was rescued you could play with him, but he couldn't speak, anything with other sims and they couldn't speak with him and they all founded new dance move: trying to make a step forward→ being dragged back repeatedly. I also tried to celebrate the NYE and when the Time sim appeared and became a baby again, they all glitched and had the same problem plus even worse: couldn't move at all. It's happens in all families in the hood.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

The first thing to do is delete the cache files and restart your game and see if that works.

Did you add any new mods?

The next thing to do is remove the complete Sims 2 folder from My Doc and place it on your desktop and start up the game and let it gen up new game folder and test to see if you still have the glitches in any of the new hoods.

I followed these steps... it worked okay. So I tried to remove file by file and I believe I have a problem in my hood file but I don't want to lose my sims and their houses, because I worked on them soo much :/

First try this.
I know you said you have not added any mods but you may need to do the 50/50 method and see what happens while you have the new gen upped game files and see if it is a mod.

Ok if its the hood then you can try and move them out from the hood view and then move them to a new empty lot and test them to see if there working.

BUT! if the new gen up game files are working as they should then I think you have a mod conflict problem since you did say its happening in all your hoods, so have you downloaded any sims or houses just before this started.

I think I did download new houses but I am not sure if it does in all hoods, just all families in one hood. I will check that out too.
EDIT: Yes, it happens everywhere.
And I should do the 50/50 method with the new files and not the old ones?

Yes only for the new files if you are having the same problem after placing all your downloads into the new game setup, if you find the bad mod then you can remove it from you backup then.

House downloads could have a bad mod in them and can glitch out your game, that is why I only upload none CC houses/hoods.

So after few days I made it. Unfortunately, it didn't help (it worked with the new files but not with the old one full of my sims). Some downloads were causing little trouble but the main lag/glitch whatever it is is still there. What should I do now? Is there any secret file full of bad downloads/mods or something I should know about?

Ok 2 3 things now need to be done.

1. Get the HCDU program at http://www.simwardrobe.com/ called the "Sims 2 Hack Conflict Detection Utility" run it. If you have the UC then there is a extra step you need to take which I have posted at Simbology .

1. Make a new folder in EA Games called "The Sims 2". (With out the quotes.)
2. In the "The Sims 2" folder (a) make a new folder called Downloads and copy all your mods form your downloads to it or (b) copy in to here your Downloads folder from UC.
3. Run HCDU.

2. Get Mootilda's Hood Checker program http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=456523 and run it with the "remove option" on for each hood you are having problems with.

3. Make sure you get all the "Essential Mods" installed before you open any lots. http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=532696

After all this and you still have a problem it could very well be your hoods are corrupted and may no longer be able to play them.

Followed all the steps, the problem is still there. Some sims can interact some not. Any tips how to save the hood now?

Next thing to do is remove all mods and CC except for ones that have or make NPC and food mods plus leave in all the "Essential Mods" but remove every thing else, try your game if it still has a problem then try to move the sims to the sim bin and place them on an empty and see what happens.

I have very low experience with mods and I don't want to ruin it so could you please tell me the exact names and files of the mods?

If you back up your game completely (as in the entire Sims 2 folder) BEFORE you remove anything, you can pull any and all mods with impunity. Just restore the whole folder from backup once you've found the culprit(s) and then remove only the mod(s) that are causing the problem.

I know but where can I find the mods and what are their names (so I don't kill the game, I bet it would stop running if I deleted the main ones)? I went through my downloads and there wasn't any mod so where can they be?

I'm afraid we've no idea what the names could be - there are probably thousands of mods out there it could. Although what is causing problems in your game going to be something to do with how sims interact, it's not necessarily clear exactly what the issue is. One way you can identify mods is to use Clean Installer to scan your folders. In the report, the mods show up as red entries. You can find the filename from that report.

I no longer come over to MTS very often but if you would like to ask me a question then you can find me on tumblr or my own site tflc. TFLC has an archive of all my CC downloads.

I used the Cleaner many times for the download folder and it didn't find anything. So I used it for the whole TS2 file and this showed up (picture). It's many times in the folder but I have no idea what it is.

Well Pink means it's a duplicate package though I'm not sure what that particular package is. Where is it located? Downloads folder I guess. I would guess that shouldn't be in there though also I don't think that's your problem (at least from the file name and type). I would guess that's come from an uncleaned lot pack you installed.

The only other option we have here is if you can zip up your hood and your downloads folder and upload it to Media Fire and PM me a link to it and I can see if I can get it to work.

Other than this the hood is toast.

If you have the disc version of the games, might replace various files in the Program Files directory with their disc equivalents.
If you have the Ultimate Collection, might try the repair option at Origin.

@mdsb759 Its not in the programs that the problem is happening for Claiiiresss has gen up new My Doc folder for sims 2 and it works just fine, its the old hoods that is having problems with.

From looking at the hoods this is what I have found so far.

In the hood with all the Anderson's, Sara Critter is an unknown sim and looks to have borked upon creating the hood.
