Nope. We just have Marky Sharky and Setra Aura... Which means the game did in fact attribute skill gain to the plate that was being washed....

I've played this game on and off for 17 years... I've seen the rediculous stuck faces... I've seen multiple instances of the same sim arriving at the same lot including one time the sim I was actively playing went to a community lot only for one of himself to be already there playing chess... I've seen bubbles get stuck to a sim's hand, I've seen a sim's head get turned completely backwards... But I have never, ever seen an inanimate object gain a skill point... That's a new one.

The Tinsel Town Town Council regretfully announces that the town's first mayor, Terrell Bishop, has died of natural causes at the age of 76.

His death came at a house party that he and his wife Monique gave for the town.

It was a very successful party and as one attendee said, "He went out in total style! Awesome food, music and lots of people! Just what he wanted!"

The Town Council is now taking applications for the vacant Mayoral seat. Interested applicants can pick them up at the Town office.

Mr. Bishop's funeral is planned for Saturday afternoon at 1 pm at Our Lady of Eternal Sorrow.

The public is invited.

The Council also sends their most sincere and heart-felt condolences to the Bishop family.

Terrell Bishop was a fine mayor and human being. He shall be missed.

What a way to go though, at a party! I wonder who will succede him?

There are several promising candidates who are considering the job.

The party was a huge success, although one of the uninvited was Grim.

Terrell was going for another plate of food when they met. His mother in law, Natasha is the one in purple, his wife Monique was the one crying. Yes, he did get the hula girls..and a Mai Tai to help him on his way.

Monique was left to pick up a huge mess after the party, to which the entire town came. The next morning she and her daughter Stephanie moved out to her mother's house.

Her mother, Natasha, is the wife of director Stephen Hubbard (recently written about) who separated from him when the news of his latest romantic dalliance became known. She was fed up with his scandalous behavior and bought a house for herself.

"I have some self-respect, even if that louse of a husband does not!"

Stephen was not among the invited guests.

So, I enabled autonomy on pregnancies. That... yeah... there's a lot more babies/children in my hood now. I disabled it again.

But it also made me realise, this founding family started with just two sims, and that's around the time that got this car. But because the kids missed the bus (damn kids!) I had to use the take to school option on the car.

And it occurred to me, it kind of makes it look like a clown car because you got just two doors and then all these sims climbing in/out of it. I really should get them a bigger family car, huh? On top of that, there's a helicopter blocking the road...

Overall though, many of my builds are nearing completion.. well until I find something else to add. :D

Yeah, that car definitely needs a backseat. XD And your gardener needs some pants lol.

I have been busy raising 7 babies. 5 of them are kids now. (Two families, they were a bit exhausting. Especially one toddler, who seemed to prefer dancing to the stereo to any other activities - she was quite exhausted most of the time).

I had fun, though. Now for the next 3 families

This is a tradition in TT, because I firmly believe that nobody should face death alone, including a pixel.

What I do is the pixel (if they're employed) will call out sick (well, they should be-they're gonna die!) and they will hold a party to which they'll invite all their friends and relatives.

Because most of them die around 6-8 pm, the party usually starts about 4-5 pm, and I watch for Grim making his appearance from 6 on.

Lots of beer (that six pack really comes in handy!) a party buffett, and a stereo usually rock it out.

So when the event happens, everyone will be sad, but they will have given a great send off to the newly deceased and enjoyed themselves at the same time.

One of my Sims won two cooking contests today Another one made quite a bit of money by freelance entertaining on a community lot. Fun times.

Andreas Tinker and his fiancée Rosalina Curious moved in with Andreas' best friend and nephew Macchiato Neighbour, Macchiato's sons Turing and Socrates, and father Nextdoor, though Nextdoor passed away of old age this round. Rosalina gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl, Garland and Fern. They grew up into a pair of distinct-looking toddlers. Fern spent the last half of infanthood censored and then took several hours, and birthday cakes, before she'd grow up, and while I fiddled with that Garland bonded with Socrates, who grew up to an adult that same evening.

Sugarpie Caliente went on a date with a downtownie called Téodor. They moved quickly, even for three-bolters, and the date ended as a dreamdate. Now Sugarpie has seven lovers, and every time he goes on a date his fear panel is all fears of falling out of love with other people. But now he has rolled a want of getting married to an old man named Dorian and I'm considering having him ask. To put it frankly, the marriage won't last long as Dorian is very old, so he could just as well spend his last time with Sugarpie if he accepts. He's an old friend of the Calientes too, so that's nice. The next day Sugarpie invited over his twin brother Honeybunch and his mother Liana, as Liana was to pass away this round. He was also invited to an outing with Jessica Ebadi and some other townies, because apparently she's friends with one of his lovers.

Froggy Neighbour got a baby delivered, a boy who got the name Kit. To celebrate he invited all his friends over, though he split the invitations up between two days, both to make the house a bit less crowded and so that Sugarpie and his cousin Egoraptor wouldn't meet and start fighting.
Froggy has still had no luck finding a job in the cuisine career. Meanwhile, three sims got promoted to fast food shift managers this round: Temperance Neighbour, Anni-Frid Picaso and Ophelia Nigmos.

Tessa Ramirez spent her last day of adulthood going on a date with her fiancé Roland. while they were gone their daughter Farore, who recently became a teen, snuck out with her friend Turing Neighbour. Tessa and Roland came home around four in the morning and luckily went straight to bed right before Farore came back home.

Tessa's son Nayru's Love Ramirez also had his birthday and became an adult. He invited over Tessa, Farore and Roland to the retirement home where he's spent half of his childhood along with his dad Link, but Roland was at work and couldn't come which was probably for the better since Tessa leapt into Ripp Grunt's arms.
Now that Tessa is old, Nayru's Love is friends with exclusively elders, though unfortunately one of them, the aforementioned Liana Caliente, passed away on his birthday. She invited over her sons, her friend Dorian and her brother Antonio, though I had forgotten Antonio and Sugarpie hate each other.
Anyway, as Nayru's Love gets along with the seniors he'll stay on this lot for the time being. I'm pretty sure his dad will pass next round, and then I think he'll invite his friend Tank Grunt to live with him in the little two bedroom house next to the main building where he and Link live now.

Duma Key (with refugees from Pleasantview in the early days) has a few pixels who have the 'unstable' trait-aided by a mod that makes going to community lots impact them greatly, they have become agoraphobic.
Meaning, they're afraid to leave the house.
They don't have jobs because their mental and emotional issues cripple them to such an extent that they can't do a job.
In one case, 2 of them are in the same family!

This is going to be a weird little town-with their issues and stresses. They were moved out of Pleasantivew after a tornado came and wiped out the town, then moved to a remote island where they bought houses with all the comforts they could ever want.

But it doesn't stop them from being affected after all this time by their trauma.
