I think some mods that would allow pets the ability to SPEAK under circumstances would be fun to make. But I can't put my finger on exactly what allows SIMS to speak! If I could, I could probably make that superaffordance part of a mod to allow pets to do so.

Anyone have any clues as to just where and what that code IS...?
