Default One Vampire At A Time Part 3: The Final Decision [EDITED]
For part 1 of this challenge, click here
For part 2 of this challenge, click here

Story: The world has changed... those once saw as allies, as brothers in arms, are now waging war against one another. Life as they knew it had flipped on its head completely and now... Now is the time to make a decision, even if it's their last.

Goal: Each student must choose one of the 3 Final Decisions to determine how the challenge progresses.

Setup: A few final things to get going.

CaS:Dress each Sim as you see fit. However, I recommend sticking to the rule from part 2 and having the vampires dress in fancy clothing and the hunters in rougher looking attire.

Build/Buy:
At this point, the hunter household should have a home that's been passed down through several generations. The same goes for the vampires. These homes can be renovated however desired as long as the lot isn't changed and you keep the Vampire Nexus lot trait.

Rules:
  • Hunters must carry at least two Ultimate Vampire Cure drinks in their inventories at all times in case they encounter any vampires.
  • Hunters must have garlic on them at all times to prevent unwilling feedings. Equally, there should be bulbs, garlands, wreaths, and braids littered through the house to prevent break-in feedings.
  • Vampires must carry at least two plasma packs on them at all times to ensure they won't go on a feeding frenzy.
  • Elders cannot go hunting for any reason.
  • All requirements must be achieved before the collection of a title.
  • Neutrals can only hunt human Sims for a time length of 1 Sim week after turning to collect at least one plasma slave.
  • All plasma slaves must be deprived of everyday amenities except those for basic survival. The recommended housing arrangement is a dungeon-esque basement with a single bed, a toilet, a stove, a fridge, 1 counter, and 1 sink.
  • Add plasma slaves to the household to prevent them from escaping.
  • There are to be no more than 2 plasma slaves at any given time.
  • No cheats for needs.

Gameplay: This is the part of the challenge where the decision-making comes in. Your Sims are now expected to make the choice between one of 3 decisions to determine how the challenge is completed. Choose one decision for every Sim and finish the requirements.
  1. Become an Elder - To become an Elder, either vampire or hunter, you must be the wisest and strongest of your people.
For hunters, Sims must master the following skills:
    • Fitness and/or Wellness
    • Logic
    • Handiness
    • Gardening
    • Vampire Lore

They should reside in the starting home (just have them on the lot you started the second part of this series with) and must have at least a 'friend' relationship status with all members of the household. Lastly, they must be at the top of their careers and provide for their family.

For vampires, they must master the following skills:
    • Fitness and/or Wellness
    • Logic
    • Charisma
    • Gardening
    • Pipe Organ
    • Vampire Lore

Elders-in-training should acquire all ranks of Vampiric Charm, Vampiric Strength, and Sun Resistance abilities; have one of the forms of supernatural travel; and have the Vampire Creation ability. Lastly, they must have at least a 'friend' relationship with 8 or more vampires.

It is the duty of the Elders to mentor lower ranking member of their organizations and teach the new generations, therefore, they do not take part in fighting their enemies.

  2. Become a Fighter - To become a fighter, a vampire must master:
    • Fitness and/or Wellness
    • Vampire Lore
    • Logic

They should also have all three ranks of Vampiric Strength, Garlic Immunity, and Manipulate Life Spirit or Deprive Needs. They will go out and actively search for the hunters and attempt to fight them. If they lose, they should be slain and dealt with as you see fit. If they win, they can collect the Sim to their household and use them as a plasma slave. They are expected to have collected at least 6 in a 4 week period.

Hunters must master the same skills and will also actively search for vampires. The goal is to slay at least 10 in a 4 week period.

  3. Don't befriend hunters or vampires or have them both over for a dinner party. Fight against those who you believe deserve it or choose to stay out of the battle completely. As long as if or when you choose to pursue immortality, you make something of yourself instead of just seeking it to live forever. As a neutral, you are still required to master a few skills, which include:
    • Logic
    • Handiness
    • Gardening

------------------------------

This is the refined version of the third part in this set of challenges. I have toned down the length and several of the rules to be more simple instead of such a complicated chunk of knowledge here and there, I know I've made several of those types and I'm trying to pull back. But, anyway, here is the redo of The Final Decision. Hope you enjoy.
