This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business
Default HELP PLEASE! Downloads don't Work!
I recently bought University and installed it but ever since then none of the stuff I download and place in the downloads folder will work. And I haven't done anything stupid like place the zip and rar files in! so what could it be! please let me know.

This site is the best for the sims 2 :D

It's possible the items are not EP ready.. there's an FAQ about getting ready for univeristy that explains what needs to be done.

No thats not it I scanned the folders with SimPE and all of them are SimPE ready! And I only have 1 hack in it that isn't the problem because I have had it for ages.

Sorry for posting this thread twice. I thought it didn't work the first time.

What is the exact location you're putting your downloads in?

Did you go into game options and make sure show custom content was checked? Make sure you placed the downloads folder back in the right place my documents-ea games- the sims 2.
