Hello, I am looking for a mod made by Twoftmama, "Slow Motive Decay v2" which slows motives by 50%

The original site that hosted this no longer exists. The Sims 3 versions are around just not the ones for Sims 2.

Any help would be appreciated

Managed to sort this out by learning SimsPE and editing Decay Modifiers. Far easier than I expected.
