Default WCIF this skirt and a hairstyle similar to this one?

I'm looking for a conversion of this ts4 skirt for ts3. If there isn't one then a ts3 skirt that looks close enough to it, though I'd prefer this exact one.
I'm also looking for a hairstyle that looks like this one.

That one isn't a sims hairstyle, so I'd like to find one that's similar to it that is for ts3.

Peggy 66 is the closest of the three, but it's just not quite right enough.
I've tried searching for several hours today and I've not found anything close enough yet. It's not easy to find something that manage to be both a bun and a ponytail simultaneously.
