so wait, just to be sure, this is the evolution (v.2) of the build/buy restriction choker?

No, this is a set of mods for builders. Since I made two more mods that fit the theme, I decided to combine them in a set instead of each having their own thread. The restriction choker that is part of this is the same as the previous one.

I may actually get into building again, Buzzler. I was especially frustrated by the building restriction imposed by the apt. door must be inside rule, so it's really great to have that lifted.

Just a side wounder can one Pack all your build stuff in to one pack/.dbc like I do with some other stuff?

Yes, but these are mods and that means they can become outdated in the future. So, if you merge them, you need to be supercareful, i.e. you must be able to rip them out or replace them with updated versions at any time.

This is perfect! I only have one question: is the Build/Buy Restriction Choker appropriate when building a lot to be uploaded to share or will everyone who uses the altered lot needs the mod as well?
