Does it come with the waterfall? Just asking since the last pictures dont show it

No. It's just a map (SC4), not a decorated neighborhood. You'll have to do the decoration yourself.

This is a very nice little neighborhood, and just right for what I want to do.

There are many good neighborhoods to download, but some of them are so grand - even overdone - and many require the special camera mod, which I don't want to bother with. This is perfect, and has a lot of potential for embellishment.

Thank you so much for this; it will get plenty of use in my game.
