the house is wonderful,but I can't see it in the game.If I try to buy it there is nothing on the ground( sorry for my English,I am Italian ) Can anyone help me? thanks

What map do you put the files of the house in??? It has to be like this C:\Users\your name\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray than no problems

I do exactly as you said...but nothing!I unzip the files than I put them in the Tray folder.

puppina when you unzipped the file you get a folder. Did you open that folder and copy the individual files from the folder and paste those into your Tray folder?
