I agree with you that a seat should have come with the sewing machine. And the seats you've made are perfection! I really love the stool!

Oh this is so cute! I always had difficulty matching a chair I liked to that sewing machine. This is the perfect solution. Thank you!

This is something that I have always wanted as well! Why is Maxis so half-assed about things? Luckily, we have folks like you around to pick up their slack. Thank you!

So cute! And you are right about sewing room chairs getting piled with projects--now I need to find draped fabric swaths as clutter.

I loved the look the old fashion look of the sewing machine but it was always hard finding something that worked with it. Both the bench and stool are perfect.

Excellent idea putting in deco slots, since it is a crafting station and all. Recent works can now be put to the side quite literally.

My grandmother still has a sewing machine that looks the same way this one does. Whenever I go to visit, I play around with it as it's not functional. I had one at my home too, but that one was too old and worn out to be left as a household possesion.

Also, the images of this are making me nostalgic. I remember the first time I played TS2 Free Time and I was absoloutely in love with sewing table. Thanks for this set that completes it.
Not actually evil.

Just lovely! Really makes that sewing machine fit in better in a home. I can use that stool and bench in other places too.

Is the deco slot on the bench a bit low? Looks like the candles are poking through the top down into the bottom.

Agreed! The sewing machine DID need a matching chair - and now we have two!
They look great, thank you very much!!

I've always wanted a stylish seat for the sewing machine but never thought somebody would make it. This has made my weekend. (worrying but true)

Being able to sit on it and clutter it is brilliant, says the person who piles books on chairs and routinely sat on kitchen counters till she turned elder and got too stiff.
