I think it's a bit strange to have carpeted stairs outside, but otherwise I really love it!

Beautiful, I like the different roof combinations.
I say this to a lot of people, but pool tables need two open squares around them to function properly, so that the non-shooting Sim can stand two squares away from the table. While Sims will start to play normally with only one open square around the table, they will abort the game as soon as one of them has to shoot from a position occupied by the other. They do not move out of each other's way.
