Brilliant idea. Only trouble is that I do not use the Game Launcher, I play off line with disks only. So how do I install this house into my game please?

@Frokkel95, you could try using Delphy's Sims3Pack Multi Installer to extract the package files, then install those in your Mods folder.

OK - so I'll answer myself then. Figured it out and had to use Game Launcher (off line) - duh.
